Je suis parti d&rsquo;une barre &agrave; LED de 9W disponible chez ALIEXPRESS. Cette bar &agrave; LED est compos&eacute;e de 9 LED de 1W environ. Elle est aliment&eacute; par un petit bloc 220V vers une source de courant de 300mA.<\/p>\n<h1>Les donn&eacute;es techniques<\/h1>\n<p>La barre sera aliment&eacute;e par un transformateur externe 220V vers 12V standard. Le VF des LED est mesur&eacute; &agrave; 30V avec un courant IF de 300mA. Le but est donc de r&eacute;aliser un montage &laquo;&nbsp;Boost&nbsp;&raquo;. Pour g&eacute;rer l&rsquo;intensit&eacute; lumineuse, on prendra un contr&ocirc;leur boost avec une entr&eacute;e dimmer en PWM.<\/p>\n<h2>S&eacute;lection du driver de LED<\/h2>\n<div class=\"internal-linking-related-contents\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.geh-tech.com\/index.php\/recevoir-des-trames-dmx-avec-un-pic\/\" class=\"template-2\"><span class=\"cta\">Lire la suite<\/span><span class=\"postTitle\">Recevoir des trames DMX avec un PIC<\/span><\/a><\/div><p>J&rsquo;ai s&eacute;lectionn&eacute; un TPS61165 de chez TI capable de tenir 1.2A sous 40V. Dans notre cas, il faudra 665mOhms. Il y a notamment l&rsquo;alimentation en entr&eacute;e, la r&eacute;ception DMX via un r&eacute;cepteur RS485 et le microcontr&ocirc;leur. Initialement, il &eacute;t&eacute; pr&eacute;vu de mettre un dipswitch pour la s&eacute;lection de l&rsquo;adresse DMX. Finalement, cette fonction a &eacute;t&eacute; remplac&eacute; par une solution software. Il est possible de programmer les modules directement via le DMX.<\/p>\n<h1>La r&eacute;alisation<\/h1>\n<p>La fabrication du PCB a &eacute;t&eacute; faite chez PCBWay. Ensuite montage des composants et int&eacute;gration dans la bar.
